Senior Product Designer at Elevate Labs

Adson da Cruz has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Adson began their career as a Trainee Digital Designer at Abril Mídia, where they designed materials for web channels. Adson then joined Great Place to Work® Brasil as a Senior UX Designer, focusing on research, prototyping, and testing for new products and innovation solutions. Adson also contributed to the global branding team, creating branding standards and designing the GPTW methodology.

Adson later joined iFood as a Senior Product Designer, working on the Logistics Tribe and focusing on the driver experience, safety, and web/mobile platforms. Adson then moved to Nubank as a Senior Product Designer, specializing in the strategy, roadmap, and experience of financial life sharing products, Virtual Cards, and the Loyalty Program.

After that, they joined Deel, a global payroll solution, as a Senior Product Designer for Deel HR, a fully remote HRIS platform. Adson was responsible for core discovery and experience.

Adson's most recent role is as a Senior Product Designer at Elevate Labs, where they work on the Balance: Meditation & Sleep App, the highest-rated meditation and sleep app in the US. Adson is responsible for the core experience and Design System. Through these experiences, Adson has developed a strong background in product design, user experience, and branding.

Adson da Cruz completed their education at Centro Universitário Senac from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Digital Design with a specialization in Interaction Design. Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications in Motion Graphics from Melies in November 2016 and in Digital Sculpture using Zbrush from Melies in November 2013. Later on, in August 2020, they attended the Product School and completed the Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products certification.
