Ria Pawar

Ria Pawar is an accomplished professional specializing in nutrition and wellness, currently working as a Coaching Specialist at Elevate Now since April 2025. Prior to this role, Ria served as Program Manager for Nutrition at Ultrahuman, where the development of food strategy guides for glucose stability featured over 200 recipes. Ria is also the founder of the Nutrition First Network, a vibrant Facebook community of 4,600 members focused on the intersection of fitness, food, and wellness, alongside founding Global Deli, a brand established over four and a half years ago. Ria holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Strategy and Innovation from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media with a focus on Advertising from Kishinchand Chellaram College.
