Josee Larocque currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Elevate Outdoor Collective since February 2023 and is a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women executives. Previously, Larocque held multiple leadership roles at Burton Snowboards from 1997 to February 2023, including Senior Vice President of Digital and Business Transformation, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Direct to Consumer business and leading a team of over 80 members. Larocque’s earlier positions at Burton included European Operations Manager and North American Distribution Manager, focusing on supply chain management and process improvements. Earlier career experience includes working as a National Account Manager at A.N. Deringer, Inc. Larocque holds a BA in French Language and Literature from McGill University and has participated in professional development programs at Vistage International and the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business.
