Joseph Hampson

Joseph Hampson has extensive experience in operations and sales roles, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Elevate Outdoor Collective since September 2017. In this position, Joseph collaborates closely with the CEO to enhance organizational alignment and execution across various departments, focusing on converting strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. Previous roles include Global Operations Analyst and Sales Analyst at Marker Dalbello Volkl USA, as well as positions in sales and marketing at The Hermitage Club at Haystack Mountain and Ziftr. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire, complemented by educational experiences at Tilton School and Contoocook Valley Regional High School.
