Sarah Duncan possesses extensive experience in optimizing organizational effectiveness and driving sales initiatives across multiple companies. At Oracle, Sarah served as Chief of Staff, orchestrating cross-functional operations to support approximately $4 billion in sales, and previously held the role of Director and HR Business Partner for the Sales Organization, where strategic compensation and retention initiatives were developed for 875 employees. Prior experience includes notable positions at Cerner Corporation, where Sarah was recognized as 2021 “Associate of the Year,” and at DSI®, where revenue growth was driven through optimized sales processes. With a solid educational background, including an MBA in Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Sarah combines strategic insight with a strong financial acumen in compensation and operations management.
