James Costello Mrics

James Costello MRICS is a seasoned professional in the field of quantity surveying and construction consultancy, currently serving as the Managing Director at Elevate Property Group since February 2021. Prior to this role, James held various senior positions, including Partner and Head of Cost Consultancy at Rider Levett Bucknall from September 2018 to February 2021, and Director for the Midlands Region at Currie and Brown from November 2016 to August 2018. James has extensive experience across the industry, with significant roles at Sweett Group and Locus Cost Consultants, among others, and has worked internationally in the Middle East and North Africa. James holds a BSc Hons degree in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University, completed in 2003.
