Kallie Ruland

Kallie Ruland has a diverse work experience. Kallie currently works as the Business Retention and Expansion Manager at Elevate Rapid City, a position they started in February 2023. In the same year, they also began working as a Trade Specialist at South Dakota Trade.

Before that, Kallie held the role of Economic Development Director at WALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION from August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Finance Officer for the City of Wall, South Dakota, starting in August 2022 and ending in May 2023.

Their earliest work experience was with U.S. Senator John Thune, where they worked as an Office Manager/Constituent Services Representative from July 2020 to August 2022.

Kallie Ruland completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Black Hills State University from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, during the same time period, they pursued a minor in Business Administration from the same university.
