Heather Kirkby

Heather Kirkby is an experienced executive and board member with a strong background in scaling organizations and leading talent development initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member at Elevate Semiconductor, Kirkby previously held the position of Board Member at Altitude Lab, the largest life science incubator in the mountain west. As Chief People Officer at Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Kirkby contributed to the company's growth and transition to public markets in 2021, focusing on AI-enabled drug discovery. At Intuit, Kirkby held multiple roles, including Vice President of Talent Development, where leadership and performance management programs were redefined for over 8,000 employees, and Director of Product Management, overseeing the launch of QuickBooks Online Accountant Edition. Kirkby began the professional journey at Siebel as a Product Line Manager, earning the 2002 Siebel Product Manager of the Year Award.
