Adam has worked with some of the biggest names in the UK and Europe, including FTSE organizations, AIM-listed companies, and VC- and PE-backed growth companies. Adam is an expert in identifying leadership talent to fill senior management positions across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining SRI, Adam was the Practice Lead – Marketing & Digital at Wickland Westcott, a fully integrated leadership consultancy. Adam was responsible for partnering with UK and global organisations to deliver excellent leadership solutions, blending commercial judgement with psychological expertise to enhance organisational and individual performance.

Before Wickland Westcott, Adam was the Director at Fortune Hill, a recruitment company specializing in the media, publishing, and business information sectors. Adam started their career as a Recruitment Manager at Michael Page where they spent 7 years working with clients to identify and hire top talent.

Adam is a highly skilled and experienced recruiter who has helped numerous companies improve their performance through people. Adam is a trusted advisor who takes a consultative approach to finding the right leaders for their clients.
