Alexander De Freitas

Alexander de Freitas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent advisory and executive search across the APAC region. Currently serving as a Partner at Elevate Talent, Alexander is instrumental in enhancing organizational performance in consumer and technology sectors. Previous roles include Board Member at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and leadership positions at Signium, where Alexander co-led the Global Technology Practice and served as a Partner in Greater China. Additionally, Alexander has held consultancy roles at Panorama and MPS China, and has actively contributed to the Swedish Young Professionals in China. An alumnus of the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, as well as Fudan University, Alexander has demonstrated commitment to fostering professional networks and nurturing talent in various industries.
