Belinda Finlay

Based in Sydney, Belinda is an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager who ensures the smooth running of the team in ANZ.

Belinda is the Operations Manager for SRI’s Australian office. She joined the team in 2014 and has developed exceptional relationships with both clients and candidates.

Belinda is responsible for candidate management during a search process, which includes the scheduling of interviews, documentation management, data and analytics reporting, and operations.

Belinda is also a core member of the international operations team and has expertise in building sophisticated mapping documents and detailed reports throughout each process. Belinda has qualifications in administration and has held a number of support roles in a range of corporate environments including recruitment, advertising, investment banking and finance in Australia, the UK, and Canada.
