Cari Gelber has a diverse work background that spans various industries. Cari is currently the Head of Talent Curation at Elevate Teams, where they focus on providing virtual assistants for insurance agencies. Prior to this, they founded the Cari Gelber Consulting Group, where they served as the CEO/Founder and offered a range of concierge services for corporate offices.
Before starting their own company, Cari worked as a Consultant at FiDi Families, a local resource for Lower Manhattan families, where they provided social media marketing and organized on-site events and activities for vendors. Cari also held roles at Club Feast, a dine-in discovery platform and meal delivery service, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive, Senior Business Development Representative, and focused on restaurant and corporate partnerships.
Cari's previous experience includes working as an Integrator at True Film Production, a video production company specializing in virtual events, and as the Founder of FLAG of NYC, a movement that provided meals to front-line workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Additionally, they served as the Director of Sales at FB Hospitality Group, a full-service event planning and marketing company that owns and operates NYC bars and restaurants. Finally, Cari was a Co-Founder and CMO of cityMANI, a mobile manicure service that aimed to provide convenient and high-quality manicure services to women.
Cari Gelber completed their education at Pace University from 1999 to 2002, earning a BA in Marketing with a major in Marketing and a minor in Advertising & Communications. Prior to that, they attended Drexel University from 1998 to 1999, majoring in Business and minoring in Marketing.
