Debra Walsh, CPT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, documentation, and quality management. Currently serving as the Training, Documentation, and Quality Management Leader at Elevate since November 2017, Debra is also a Partner at The Human Capital Connection, LLC, focusing on leadership development and coaching. As a Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker with The John Maxwell Company and an Authorized Partner and Facilitator for both The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Everything DiSC by Wiley, Debra specializes in enhancing team cohesion and workplace engagement. Previous roles include Senior Director of Education and Knowledge Management at Navient and Manager of Training and Knowledge Management at Sallie Mae, where Debra led global education initiatives and knowledge management systems. Debra holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma.
