Norman Rodriguez

Norman Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as President & CEO of Elevate since April 2019, Norman focuses on empowering untapped communities through technology careers, highlighted by the flagship SDR Bootcamp program. Norman also contributes as Committee Chair for Workforce Development at the Arizona Technology Council and as a Board Member for the Arizona Private School Association. Additional roles include Strategic Advisor for the National Association of Sales Professionals and Advisor for The Agile Coach.
