Sophia Ederaine

Sophia Ederaine, MD, currently serves as a Resident Physician at HCA Healthcare since July 2022 and is an Advisory Board Member for ElevateMeD, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting underrepresented medical students. Ederaine completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine in May 2022 after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego in 2015. Prior experience includes working as a medical scribe at Murrieta Valley Surgery Associates, a Child and Youth Worker for Saving Another Manchild Services Inc., and a professional basketball player. Additionally, Ederaine has engaged in various roles such as a trauma and surgery intern at Scripps Mercy Physician Partners and participated in organic chemistry research.
