Aman Yadav is a Senior Analyst in IT Solutions at Elevate, with responsibilities including client support, user onboarding, software testing, and troubleshooting various technical issues across multiple platforms. Prior to Elevate, Aman served as a Senior Subject Matter Expert and a Global Escalation Engineer at Concentrix, where duties included managing a team of Tier 3 Support Engineers for Microsoft and handling complex customer issues with high levels of satisfaction. Aman holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from Noida International University, and completed early education at St. Joseph’s College in Allahabad.
