Swapnil Gyani

Swapnil Gyani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as Managing Director at Elevate since March 2014, Swapnil has also held roles as Director of Learning and Development and Senior Manager of Talent Operations, where skills in building HR Global Support Centre teams and developing comprehensive HR policies have been demonstrated. Prior to Elevate, Swapnil operated as a self-employed Talent Management Consultant from December 2009 to February 2014, delivering technical and behavioral training across industries. Swapnil's earlier career at Integreon spanned from February 2002 to September 2009, where various training management roles were undertaken, including implementing training operations and developing e-Learning modules. Educational qualifications include a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
