Lesley Bruno

Lesley Bruno has been Director of Talent & Culture at Elevation Advertising since October 2019. Prior to that, they were Communications Manager at the Institute for Contemporary Art at Virginia Commonwealth University from November 2017 to October 2019. Bruno has also served as Director of PR/Marketing at the Valentine Richmond Theirtory Center from October 2007 to November 2011 and as Director, HR Consulting Services at Dominion Payroll from October 2019 to July 2022. Lesley was Lead Consultant, Strategic Planning & Organizational Development at Floricane, LLC from May 2015 to October 2019 and Director of Marketing at the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce from November 2011 to May 2015.

After receiving their B.S. in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University, Lesley Bruno pursued their M.A. in Media and Public Affairs from The George Washington University.

They work with Corey Lane - Senior Account Manager, Stacie Elliott - Chief Operating Officer, and Colin Beirne - Senior Account Manager. Lesley Bruno reports to Aaron Dotson, Principal, Executive Creative Officer.
