Andrew Kulpa has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Andrew is currently serving as the Vice President Legal at Elevation Capital since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at McDonald Hopkins LLC, starting in April 2021, as a Member Attorney in the Business Department. Their responsibilities included providing legal counsel and transaction insight for various companies in different industries. Before that, they were an Associate Counsel at ETC Capital from March 2010 to April 2021, where they managed portfolio companies and handled a wide range of legal matters. Andrew also worked as an Attorney at Butzel Long from September 2005 to April 2010. Additionally, in their earlier career, they served as a Project Manager at Results Systems Corporation from November 1995 to September 2002, where they implemented reorganizations and cost-saving projects.
Andrew Kulpa obtained their B.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2001. Andrew then pursued an MBA from Wayne State University, specializing in Business Organization, from 2002 to 2004. Andrew Kulpa later attended Vanderbilt University Law School and obtained a JD degree in 2005. Andrew has various certifications, including being licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.
