Louis L. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, as well as strategic planning and deployment of talent models. Louis has served in various leadership roles, including Chief Talent Officer at Elevation Capital, where they built operational infrastructures and advised high-level stakeholders. Louis also established a boutique consultancy as an Entrepreneur and C-Suite Coach & Advisor, managing diverse interests to drive ROI. In addition, Louis has held global leadership positions at Ascential and Edelman, overseeing HR functions and leading transformation initiatives. Louis has also revitalized the HR division at The George Washington University and Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Prior to these roles, Louis worked in senior management and consulting services at BMG Columbia House and EY.
Louis L. has pursued Executive Education in the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Business School. Louis has also obtained an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science & Business Administration at La Salle University.
