Regina Riggle

Regina Riggle is the founder of Wisdom Athletic Training, LLC, a mobile home fitness training service catering to older active adults and seniors in Northern Colorado. With experience as a Fitness Coordinator at Elevation Corporate Health and various roles in fitness and sales, Regina brings a well-rounded skillset to their work. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, Regina has a strong foundation for understanding the needs of their clients and creating effective fitness programs.
