Christie Smith

Christie Smith has over 14 years of experience in the mortgage and lending industry. Christie started their career at Bank of America as an Operations Manager, where they managed various responsibilities such as staff management, performance reviews, and sales support. Christie then moved on to MetLife Home Loans as a Regional Fulfillment Director, overseeing production centers and managing communication between sales and operations. Following that, they worked at Allonhill/Stewart Lender Services as a Senior Underwriting Analyst, reviewing closed loans and setting up processes for reviewing new loans prior to closing. Currently, they are the VP of Mortgage Operations at Elevations Credit Union, where they manage the day-to-day operations of loan processing and ensures compliance with lending policies.

Christie Smith attended Faith Christian Academy from 1982 to 1985. Later, they pursued a degree in biology at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1993 to 1995. Christie has also obtained certifications in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn, as well as certifications in DE Underwriter and VA SAR.
