Karen Mihlethaler-Hartness

Karen Mihlethaler-Hartness has over 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Their recent role was as the VP Regional Mortgage Operations Manager at First Horizon Bank, where they started in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Keesler Federal Credit Union for 13 years, serving as the Director of Mortgage Lending from September 2017 to June 2021. Before that, they held various positions at Keesler Federal Credit Union, including Mortgage Sales Manager and Assistant Manager of Mortgage Loans. Karen also worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at Allsouth Mortgage LLC from July 2006 to May 2008, and as an Account Executive at NovaStar Mortgage from May 2004 to June 2006.

Karen Mihlethaler-Hartness completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi between 2000 and 2002. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in "Excel PivotTable Quick Tips" from LinkedIn in October 2022.
