Kim Bowman

Kim Bowman, CSI, aAIA, LEED-AP has over 50 years of experience in the architecture industry. Starting as a draftsman at Wiley and Snider Associates, Architects in 1971, they then worked as a draftsman at K/M Associates and later as a job captain at P:ACE Design Architecture. In 1984, Kim became the Director of Specifications and Construction Administration at Borger Jones Leedy Architects, and from 1990 to 1993, they held the position of Spec writer and Director of Specs at Fanning Howey Associates. Continuing their career, Kim joined SchenkelShultz in 1993 as the Director of Specifications and Associate Principal. Finally, in 2015, they became part of Elevatus Architecture, where they currently serve as Principal, Specs, QA/QC, and Building Product Specialist.
