Martin Flaherty

Martin Flaherty is currently a Staff Instructor at Eleven Fifty Academy. Prior to this, they worked as the Helpdesk Manager at Marian University Indianapolis from July 2011 to July 2014. There, they supervised all IT support functions for end user needs, and was responsible for asset tracking and management operations for all technology equipment campus-wide. Before that, they worked as the North America IT Manager at TeleTech from August 2007 to July 2011, where they oversaw over 15 call centers across North America plus one in Australia and one in Ghana.

Martin Flaherty's educational career includes a Certification from Microsoft in MTA: Software Development Fundamentals - Certified 2021, a Certification from Eleven Fifty Academy in .NET Red Badge, a Certification from Eleven Fifty Academy in .NET Blue Badge, and a Certification from Eleven Fifty Academy in .NET Gold Badge. Martin also holds a B.S. in Computer Technology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, an A.S. in Computer Technology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in MBA-IT Management from Western Governors University and a Software Development certificate from Eleven Fifty Academy.
