Carles Reina

Carles Reina is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in revenue generation and product development, currently serving as VP Revenue at ElevenLabs and as a Venture Partner at Concept Ventures, focusing on Deep Tech startups. Previously, Carles held significant roles including VP Product and VP Product Operations at Jobandtalent, and VP Customers & Strategy at Sonantic, a company acquired by Spotify in 2022. Carles contributed to Tractable as VP of Operations, playing a key role in its growth to unicorn status. Earlier career highlights include managing operations and logistics for Uber in the UK & Ireland, and working at Santander UK. Carles holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations from London Metropolitan University.
