Richard Lin

Richard Lin is an experienced investor currently serving as an Investor at Pearl and ElevenLabs since 2024, and as a Venture/Growth Investor at Smash Capital since 2022. At Smash Capital, a growth-stage software and consumer internet venture capital firm, Richard focuses on backing founders building generational companies and brands. Previously, Richard held the position of Investment Manager at AirTree, a leading ANZ venture capital firm with over $2 billion in assets under management, from 2020 to June 2022. Richard has been involved with several companies as a Board Member and Observer, contributing to investments such as eBest, Joyn, and Mr. Yum. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Economics from UNSW and has furthered education through programs at the University of Amsterdam and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
