Richard Wetzel

Richard Wetzel is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the construction and architecture sectors. Wetzel founded and leads Centric, a diversified construction services company in Kansas City, managing operations with a revenue of $250 million. Additionally, Wetzel serves as a board member at CommunityAmerica Credit Union, contributing to its significant growth. As a partner and founder of ElevenTen Systems, Wetzel is building a manufacturing business specializing in pre-fabricated structural materials. In another venture, Wetzel collaborates with Inspired Closets KC to enhance home organization solutions. Wetzel’s prior roles include leadership positions at JE Dunn Construction, McCownGordon Construction, and HOK, showcasing a proven track record in business development and strategic planning. Wetzel also has an academic background in teaching urban planning and architecture at both the University of Missouri-Kansas City and the University of Kansas.
