Alexandre le Breton

Alexandre Le Breton is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and design. Currently serving as an Expert Fréquence at ELEX since January 2023, Alexandre previously held the position of Chargé de contrôle extérieur des Ouvrages d’art métalliques at SNCF Réseau from September 2008 to December 2022, focusing on external control of metallic structures and ensuring compliance with SNCF standards and regulations. Alexandre also worked as an Auditeur NF BPE for AFNOR CERTIFICATION, conducting audits across France, including DOM-TOM territories. Earlier in the career, Alexandre was a Dessinateur-projeteur at Douce Hydro SAS. Alexandre holds a Licence ICI from Université de Picardie Jules Verne and a BTS in Forge from Lycée Marie Curie Nogent sur Oise.
