Theo Tsatsos, MSc has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple positions and roles in the field of architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps engineering. Theo has held positions such as Lead Architect - Technical Product Owner at Elexon, Infrastructure Architect at Fitch Ratings, and Infrastructure Architect at Capital On Tap. Theo'sresponsibilities have included managing cloud services, building and maintaining infrastructure, supporting SQL databases, implementing automation and continuous integration, and improving application deployment lifecycles. Theo has also worked as a Senior Platform Architect at Tandem Bank and as a Senior DevOps Engineer | Architect at NTT DATA. Theo has experience in managing production workloads, automating platform provisioning, and leading projects to improve tooling and services. Prior to this, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at IHS Markit | Technology and Home Retail Group PLC, where they implemented and supported build pipelines, integrated various tools, and improved the automated application deployment lifecycle. Theo has also served as a DevOps Engineer and an Application Management Engineer at Monitise, where they were involved in system administration, scripting, automation, and troubleshooting. Earlier in their career, Theo worked as a System Administrator at System Professional and as a Network Engineer at ARISTON Broadcast & Telecom Solutions SA, where they installed and maintained network systems for broadcasting purposes.

Theo Tsatsos has a strong educational background in networking and data communications. Theo obtained a Master's Degree in Networking and Data Communications from Kingston University in the years 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a special studying program in Telecommunications and Broadband Connections, also earning a Master's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from an unspecified institution during the years 2011 to 2012. For their undergraduate studies, Theo attended ASPETE University from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Networks & Telecommunications. Theo completed their high school education at 1st High School in Peristeri, Athens, specializing in Information Technology from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their academic achievements, Theo has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. Theo is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and has certifications in implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions and administering and deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager from Microsoft. Theo is an ECDL Expert certified by the ECDL Foundation.
