Sathvik Sathyanarayana Rao is an experienced engineer specializing in the aviation sector, currently working as a Certification and Airworthiness Engineer and Aircraft Design Engineer at Elfly Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Sathvik was the proprietor of Rao Aero Solutions from December 2020 to March 2022, serving clients such as Equator Aircraft AS, where services included electric aircraft design and data collection for regulatory compliance. Career experience also includes a position in Aircraft Development at Equator Aircraft and a project R&D internship at CSIR - National Aerospace Laboratories, where notable accomplishments involved the conceptual design of a commuter aircraft and aerodynamic analysis. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited focusing on combat aircraft design. Educational qualifications encompass advanced master's degrees in Aviation Safety and Aircraft Airworthiness from ENAC and ISAE-SUPAERO, a master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering.

We are the Scandinavian distributor of Bye Aerospace’s fully electric aircraft, the eFlyer. These aircrafts are ideal for pilot training and ensure low operating costs. We are one of the founders of the Nordic Network of Electric Aviation (NEA) - an industry network coordinating this development within the Nordic region.
