Randy Duncan, CHC, LEED AP has diversified work experience in the construction industry, starting as a Senior Project Engineer at Gilbane Building Company in 1997. Randy then transitioned to roles such as Project Engineer at Hunt Construction Group, Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company, and Senior Project Manager at Elford, Inc. Randy'sexpertise lies in project management, particularly in healthcare, R&D, data center, institutional, and commercial market sectors with a focus on sustainable building and LEED certification. Randy has also held leadership positions, including Project Executive at Thomas & Marker Construction and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and Healthcare Market Sector Leader at Elford, Inc, engaging in relationship-building with clients and team members while overseeing project teams in the healthcare sector.

Randy Duncan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati in 1997. In 2014, they completed The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio's Executive Leadership Experience program. Additionally, Randy holds certifications including Certified Healthcare Constructor, Healthcare Construction Certificate, OSHA 30 Hour, Certified Professional Constructor, and LEED AP.
