Zach E. is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Experience at ELGA Credit Union since November 2023. With significant experience at 4Front Credit Union from November 2016 to September 2022, Zach served as Chief Innovation Officer and held multiple senior vice president roles. Zach began the career at ELGA Credit Union, where notable achievements included establishing a successful Contact Center and implementing a paperless consumer loan process.
