Adam Jones

Adam Jones is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Digital Experience at Georgia's Own Credit Union since January 2022. In this role, Adam leads the Digital Experience strategy and chairs the Digital Transformation Steering Committee, focusing on enhancing digital interactions across all channels. Previously, Adam held senior leadership positions at SF Fire Credit Union, where responsibilities included overseeing member experience and operations, and at Arizona Central Credit Union, where Adam contributed to strategic direction, risk management, and innovation culture development.
