Lee Underwood

Lee Underwood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, engineering, and industrialization within the scientific product sector. Serving as Chief Technology Officer at ELGA LabWater since February 2000, Lee Underwood leads a diverse team of over 20 engineers and scientists, driving the development of innovative products and services aligned with company strategy. Previous roles include Director of R&D/Engineering and Industrialisation, where Lee Underwood successfully translated concepts into commercially viable solutions, and Head of Engineering, overseeing the creation of award-winning products and the establishment of a new department. Lee Underwood's background also includes positions at USF/ELGA and ELGA Ltd, and foundational experience at Dowty Interconnect and Ultra Electronics Command & Control Systems. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Management from Kingston University and an HNC in Production and Mechanical Engineering from High Wycombe College.
