Sadasivam has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as Manager of After Market Service & New Product Validation at ELGI EQUIPMENTS LIMITED since April 2007. Responsibilities include lead generation, sales coordination, aftermarket service, troubleshooting, warranty management, and energy audits, among others. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Engineer in QA and supply chain at Karmen International Pvt Ltd, where skills were developed in valve manufacturing and inspection processes, and as QA/QC Engineer at Craftsman Automation Pvt Ltd, focusing on automobile parts quality assurance. Sadasivam began the professional journey as a Junior Engineer at SanmarcoTexmac Pvt Ltd, gaining foundational knowledge in textile machinery manufacturing and quality assurance activities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from GCT Coimbatore and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
