Gareth Gardener is a seasoned professional currently serving as Development Manager at Elgin Energy since May 2022. Prior to this role, Gareth held the position of Associate Director and Principal Consultant at RPS from January 2005 to May 2022, and worked as a Chartered Minerals and Waste Surveyor at Carter Jonas from September 2000 to January 2005. Gareth possesses a degree in Surveying for Resource Development, Minerals and Waste Surveying, and Estates Management from the University of Glamorgan, completed between 1996 and 2000, and also attended Downs School in Compton.
