Anthony Rigano

Anthony Rigano has extensive experience in law enforcement and training, currently serving as a Lieutenant at the Elgin IL Police Department since April 2004. Previous roles within the department include Police Sergeant, Detective, and Police Officer. In addition to this, Anthony founded ARC Training Collaborative, LLC in June 2021, focusing on consulting, training, and public speaking to leverage law enforcement experience for positive change. As a Trainer for the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board since November 2006, Anthony specializes in role play facilitation and scenario-based training in Crisis Intervention. Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Carthage College, earned between 1999 and 2002.
