Elsie Jakubowski

Elsie Jakubowski has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Elsie started their career in 2014 as a Human Resources Representative at the Village of Schaumburg. Elsie then joined Weber-Stephen Products LLC in 2015 as a Human Resources Associate. In 2016, Elsie moved to Elgin Industries, where they initially served as a Sr. Generalist HR and later progressed to the role of Human Resources Director in September 2017. Throughout their professional journey, Elsie has gained expertise in various HR functions and has acquired an MBA degree along with a SHRM-CP certification.

Elsie Jakubowski, SHRM-CP, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Columbia College, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Physical Therapy from Universidad Industrial de Santander, specializing in Physical Therapy/Therapist, which they completed from 1993 to 1997.
