Sherri Baumley

Sherri Baumley has extensive experience in various roles related to human resources, administration, and office management. Sherri is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Elgin Mental Health Center, where they lead and directs the HR and labor relations functions to create a positive work environment for all employees.

Prior to this, Sherri worked at LionHeart Critical Power Specialists, where they held multiple positions. Sherri served as a Software Project Manager and Team Lead, responsible for successful project execution and business advancements. Sherri also led the Purchasing & Inventory team, managing purchasing responsibilities, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
