Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer at Elgin Power Solutions since February 2021, Bill has previously held significant positions including Chief Mining Engineer at Quinwood Coal and VP of Engineering at ChemBio Shelter, Inc. Bill began the engineering career at Criste Engineering and has accumulated extensive experience in mining and mechanical engineering, working for companies like Western Coal and LA Gates. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, earned between 1983 and 1989.
