Austin Kuo

Austin Kuo is currently the Senior Director of Sterility Assurance in Technical Services and Manufacturing Science at Eli Lilly and Company, where they oversee sterility assurance strategies for the global parenteral manufacturing network. Prior to this role, Austin served as an Advisor for Sterility Assurance Technology and held various positions within Quality Control focused on environmental monitoring and sterility assurance. They began their career at Michigan State University, where they worked as a Laboratory Technician and a Graduate Research Assistant. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Professional Master's in Industrial Microbiology, both from Michigan State University, along with a certificate in Business Management and Communications.
