Chris Anderson

Chris Anderson has extensive experience in corporate law and governance, with a notable tenure at Eli Lilly and Company as Vice President and Leader of Corporate Securities, as well as Assistant Corporate Secretary from January 2022 to March 2025. Prior to this role, Chris served as General Counsel and Chief Regulatory Officer at Fluresh LLC and held various positions at GE Healthcare and The Kraft Heinz Company, including Chief Counsel, Corporate & Securities and several roles related to corporate secretarial functions. Chris began a legal career at Kraft Foods as Senior Counsel and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Lawrence University.
