Cristiane Giordano

Cristiane Giordano serves as the Sr. Director of Oncology and Hematology at Eli Lilly and Company since May 2025. In addition, Cristiane is an Executive Board Member of LEADERSHE, which focuses on women's leadership in pharmaceuticals, and previously held the role of CEO at Funcional Health Tech, achieving a remarkable 60% growth in EBITDA during the first year and a 50% increase in revenue over two years. From June 2015 to September 2021, Cristiane was the General Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where operational profit saw significant improvement through effective vision and strategy execution. Experience also includes serving as Sr. Commercial Director responsible for P&L management across multiple therapeutic areas with net sales of US$ 100 million and as Marketing Director at Lundbeck, overseeing a 70-member team.
