David Seng

David Seng is currently a Product Lead at Eli Lilly, where they focus on connected and decentralized clinical results. Previously, David served as a Senior Associate and eCOA Project Lead at Eli Lilly and as an Application Specialist at CRF Health. They have also held roles as a Project Manager at Signant Health, Associate Project Manager at endpoint Clinical, and IT Support Specialist for U.S. Courts Probation and Pretrial Services. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Temple University, completed in 2018, and has experience in electronic clinical outcome assessment, project management, and software design. Fluent in Khmer and English, David excels in communication and collaboration across global teams.
