David Williams

David Williams is currently the Lead HR Business Partner at Eli Lilly, specializing in the recruitment of construction and property professionals across Connaught and North Munster. They previously held roles as a Human Resources Generalist at BD and a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Boston Scientific, where they focused on recruitment, employee relations, and employer branding. With a strong background in managing recruitment processes and developing talent acquisition strategies, David has demonstrated expertise in both trades and labor as well as broader HR functions. David earned an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a degree in Human Resources Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, complemented by professional certification as a CIPD member in HRM.
