Glenda Marras

Glenda Marras currently serves as the Head of Training and Development at Eli Lilly and Company since June 2025. Prior to this role, Glenda held various positions in human resources at KANSAI - Concesionario Oficial TOYOTA from September 2017 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing all HR processes, payroll administration, talent attraction and retention, and enhancing workplace climate. Earlier career experience includes roles at M.H SRL - Constructora, FLEXOPLAS S.R.L - Industria del Rubro Plastico, and Ceramica San Lorenzo USA, focusing on personnel administration, recruitment, compliance with labor regulations, and employee training.
