Matthew Cruz currently serves as the Head of USDS Training & Development and Head of Training Delivery for the US & Canada at TikTok since August 2022. Prior to TikTok, Matthew held leadership positions in learning and development at Turo as Head of Learning & Development, and Spotnana as Head of People, Learning & Culture. A significant tenure at TripActions included roles as Director of Learning & Enablement for Customer Success & Support and Head of Global Support Learning & Development. Matthew's career also features experience at Virgin America and Virgin Australia, focusing on guest experience and training operations. Matthew graduated with honors from the University of Nevada, Reno, and completed education at the College of Southern Nevada High School.
