Jose Muniz, PMP, is an Associate Director - Operations Implementation Lead at Eli Lilly and Company, where they manage a team of Engineers and Process Experts to enhance processes and oversee the site's MES system. Their career includes roles such as Process Engineer at Ivax Pharmaceuticals, Project Engineer at Cardinal Health, and Sr Equipment Engineer at McNeil Consumer Healthcare. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Puerto Rico University (RUM) and fluency in both English and Spanish, Jose brings extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on project management and process engineering. Prior to their current role, they served as Process Support Associate Director at Novartis, and have held various leadership positions throughout their career.
