Li-Chun Tsou

Li-Chun Tsou is currently serving as Senior Director of Manufacturing Science at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on enhancing manufacturing and quality to improve patient outcomes. Prior to this role, Li-Chun held the position of Director for Global Device Engineering and Technologies at GSK, where leadership extended across multiple international locations to drive global commercialization. Li-Chun also contributed as Global Device Regulatory Lead at Amgen, enhancing combination products and regulatory strategies for numerous novel pipeline products. As Director of Devices & Combination Products at AbbVie, strategic direction and innovative designs were implemented to address patient needs, particularly in treating Parkinson's disease. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Device Technical Director at AstraZeneca, where support was provided for advanced drug delivery technologies and device robustness.
